We loved the service, staff, location, breakfast and everything. The best hotel in my 20 year travel history. We had a suite on 5th floor with 2 bed-rooms and a living room. It was perfect flat for a family with 3 children. The best was the electric car charging facility, We enjoyed everything in there, it was sadly a short stay but we loved everything. Literally the best hotel I have been within this range of price.

Nice and modern hotel. Staff was very much helpfull and professional making check in and check out very fast. Room was according to what has been booked and was very spacious. Especially I liked the presence of small sofa. Room lightening was good. Lightening in bathroom was just fair but still OK. Parking for car was just perfect.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in my journeys. Everything was perfect, from the welcome until the goodbye. Clean rooms, nice beds, rich breakfast, quiet. We arrived with our cars, find places on the ground parking area with no extra charge. If I ever return in Plovdiv in the future, I would stay there again with pleasure and without any second thought.

The hotel is spotless, the staff is friendly and competent (a rare find). Great value for money. I'm impressed that in the breakfast buffet there was vegan milk. :) It's great that you thought about that. I loved that they told upfront about a construction happening on the street they're located at. We were able to get around with their sent instructions.

I loved everything. This was my first time staying there and the staff from the moment I arrived were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them and collectively they represented their hotel as United team. They all spoke many languages and were generally so helpful and so fun to interact with. My room was extraordinarily large. It was absolutely spotless and one of the best night sleep I’ve had in any hotel and my many stays around the world. I have uploaded some pictures just for you to see the quality that was provided within my room.

The hotel is very nice. We stayed in an appartment, which was 4 room + kitchen. It was in good condition, comfortable beds, small but equipped kitchen, very nicely and UX designed

Very nice, clean, specious, comfortable room. Quite. Free parking in the street in front of the hotel.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and always greeting you with a smile. They recognised my status and offered me a really nice fruit platter and a bottle of rosé.
